Adam Coker and I teamed up to film Shawn and Regan's wedding video, and we had such a great time. The two of us drove out to Pullen Park in Raleigh to meet up with them a few weeks prior to the wedding in order to break the ice, get to know one another, and hear Shawn and Regan's love story. Regan is this beautiful, bubbly, young spirit, and her laugh is absolutely contagious. What an awesome day. From the exchange of goofy jokes during preparation to the Gangnam Style-get down at the reception, this wedding was a lot of fun to cover. The ceremony at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church was beautiful, and I loved covering the traditional Vietnamese tea ceremony they performed at the reception. In early August, I traveled down to Gainesville, Fla., to shoot alongside the amazing Rob Witzel for Eric and Jillian's wedding. The two of us were able to capture some really beautiful moments, and I'm so glad I got the opportunity to meet and document such a fun couple. Plus, this was one of the most amazing receptions I've ever been to - Rob wasn't exaggerating when he told me to prepare for a group that seriously knows how to get down on the dance floor.
